Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours for spot goods, please allow 2-3 days from dispatch within China. 5-10 working days from dispatch for international customers.

You will be sent a confirmation email when you place your order which will contain your order number, you can log in to online DHL, EMS or any your appointed courier company anytime to track your goods have been dispatched.

In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving, please allow 15 working days from the date of dispatch before contacting us, we will then carry out an investigation through Royal Mail and keep you informed of developments.
